Up at 08:00. Had the last of the homemade muesli. Got the tape from the previous nights VJ session for Lineadecor set up to digitize. Made an extra straight play-through of the source footage to interleave with the treated pieces. Got it digitized and headed out the door at 10:30 to dDf to check in and meet with Armağan. Michael got his production start date pushed back a week, which will help us focus more on our commitments around the Istanbul Design Week.

Headed back over to the Old Galata Bridge at 12:30 to meet with Poyraz of Visions, the company that will provide the video and sound system for the Lineadecor booth. Contrary to what we had been told, the sticker appliers had gone ahead and applied the printouts to the legs and underside of the front arcs. One was even the off tone. There were some new faces at the site. Of course they all had to get in their two cents worth. The fixtures inside the space were a good deal bigger than those on the rendering we had been given. The idea that there would be shadows on the walls was causing a great deal of stress for the Lineadecor folks, but it would be something they would have to live with. Had some on the spot education about video and projector systems for the folks. Got them to see that projecting on the ceiling of the bubble was not going to be possible at the current juncture. The alternative was to apply more printout to the ceiling instead. Pulled out my laptop and got to work on creating a seamless tile to fill the space. Got a CD burned and handed over to the Standart folks. We went off to find Arhan to make sure the arrangements for a projector and screen where in hand and to get approval for the location we had picked out to perform at.

Got away from the site at 15:00. Headed back to Ortaköy. Got the video clips edited together into a two-hour sequence and on it's way to Compressor to turn it into a DVD ready mpeg. Puttered around a bit before heading down to the Kumquat to get online. Got some email correspondence taken care of and did some maintenance to the blog. Finished around 22:30 and headed home. We were supposed to have a meeting with Pascal of 3rd Design, but he cancelled for the evening. Worked on the computer until 01:00
